Registration
Please register in writing by e-mail or post. The applicant will receive a confirmation of receipt or information if the course is already fully booked or does not take place. Places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received. A request for payment of 50 euros will be sent to confirm participation in the course - registration is only binding once this deposit has been received. A request for payment for the remaining amount will also be sent (approx. 8 weeks before the start of the course). For technical reasons, the course participant will only receive the invoices for the deposit and the remaining amount after receipt of payment.
Terms of payment
The course fee is to be paid by bank transfer. Please state your name and course title as the reason for payment. If the participant is unable to attend the course or individual parts of it, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee.
Minimum/maximum number of participants
At least 10 people must register. The maximum number of participants can be found in the course descriptions.
Withdrawal by the organizer
The organizer may cancel or terminate a course in the event of insufficient participation, the absence of a course instructor or for reasons of force majeure. In such cases, fees already paid will be refunded in full or, in the case of canceled courses, on a pro rata basis.
Withdrawal by participants
Withdrawal from a course must be notified in writing. Registration can be withdrawn free of charge up to four weeks before the start of the course. The deposit will be refunded. In the case of cancellations at short notice, a refund of the course fee is only possible if a replacement participant can be found. For courses in seminar centers, the cancellation deadlines are based on the terms and conditions of the seminar centers and may differ from the above.
Liability/Insurance
The organizer accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to items or clothing. Course participants are also not covered by the organizer's accident insurance during their stay in the event rooms.
